Mcdonald's

I went to the Mcdonalds located at Erie and Torresdale Avenue(Philadelphia, PA) on Saturday January 19th 2013 about 2:30 a.m. This is a 24 hour drive thru so when I pulled up, the women attempted to take my order but than a guy working that shift jumped in and said were closed. When I realized that it was an all night drive through, I went back to try and order again and the women attempted to take my order once again, but the same guy jumped back in and said, were closed. I said this is a 24 hour drive thru, how are you closed? He said our systems are down!! If the systems were down, wouldn't the women working have known?? I thinks it very rude that customers can't even order food because people want to be rude and lazy. I think whoever the guy was, he just didnt feel like cooking at 2 something in the morning, but that's why 24 hour drive thru's exist! Therefore, I would rate this McDonalds Poor because the customer service was terrible that night and I was denied service when the store was in fact open...
